Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy to nurture, retain, and re-engage customers
- Build automated, multi-step journeys triggered by customer behavior, service history, geography, and seasonality
- Own segmentation strategy and campaign logic across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service lines
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Proven ability to manage cross-channel automation (email, SMS, push)
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and behavior-based triggers
