Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Marketing Operations function, managing a team and agency partners for campaign execution and analytics
- Drive the transition to an account-based marketing model and optimize marketing performance dashboards and attribution models
- Streamline campaign operations and own the marketing tech stack, ensuring data hygiene and compliance across systems
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in building and scaling marketing operations functions in high-growth environments
- Deep expertise in Marketo (certification strongly preferred) and Salesforce administration
- Experience with account-based marketing platforms like 6sense and leading the shift from lead-based to account-based models
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in building reporting frameworks and managing teams and agencies
