- Deep understanding of media channels with a focus on Search, Programmatic, Social, and Digital
- Tactical experience with lead management platforms
- Proficiency with tools such as Media Ocean, DDS, and Nielsen Ad Intel
- 3+ years of experience leading direct reports in a large agency environment
