Key Responsibilities
- Identify and maintain a pipeline of potential leads and develop targeted sales strategies
- Serve as a subject matter expert to clients and colleagues regarding staffing solutions
- Generate leads and manage pre-sales activities, including presentations and proposals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of national account sales experience in staffing delivery models
- Proven track record of sales growth and client expansion
- Experience with CRM systems and sales metrics analysis
- Strong strategic planning and sales strategy development skills
