Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Operations to lead Professional Services and Customer Support functions within a B2B software environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full P&Ls for Professional Services and Customer Support, managing revenue generation, cost control, and margin optimization
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of onboarding, implementation, training, and integration engagements while evolving the Professional Services catalog
- Champion the adoption of AI tools and automation to enhance scalability and operational efficiency across services and support
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of operational leadership in B2B software or SaaS businesses with P&L ownership experience
- Strong expertise in pricing, packaging, and monetizing services and support
- Experience building or evolving a Professional Services catalog
- Track record of successfully implementing AI tools and automation in service delivery or customer support
- Strategic thinker with strong financial and analytical skills
