Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms
- Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and conversion rates (CVR)
- Lead the in-house paid media team, including hiring and training new talent
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in DTC paid media with a focus on managing $1M+ monthly ad spend
- Proven experience in building and scaling paid media teams
- Strong background in direct response marketing within an e-commerce context
- Data-driven with proficiency in analytics and performance metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
