Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management, Core and Servicing Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead vision and product roadmap for Core and Servicing Platforms, ensuring impactful launches with cross-functional collaboration
• Partner with Engineering, UX, and other teams to deliver an innovative and user-friendly experience
• Drive organizational change and develop the team through effective mentoring and coaching

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing large teams, specifically Product Managers and Analysts
• Proven track record in product management within a complex, matrixed environment
• Strong understanding of product strategy and roadmap development
• Experience in engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to drive organizational change and improve operational efficiency
