Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Product Management, Campaign Operations to lead and optimize the campaign lifecycle in a retail media business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end book-to-bill process for accurate campaign execution and revenue capture
- Act as the primary contact for internal teams regarding order processing and billing timelines
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality across workflows
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in advertising, sales, finance, or revenue operations, preferably in digital media or ad tech
- Deep understanding of the advertising lifecycle, including order management and billing
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with ad servers, OMS, Salesforce, and related workflow tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
