Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy for timekeeping platforms, ensuring design and functionality meet market needs
• Drive roadmap priorities across various entertainment sectors for timekeeping solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, focusing on enhancing user experience through UX design systems

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in HR or Workforce Management
• Expertise in UX design systems and improving user experience in software products
• Strong proficiency in strategic planning, user research, and data analysis
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools and familiarity with design and prototyping tools
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing product teams and large-scale projects
