Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional tasks across various departments to execute the product management lifecycle
• Develop and communicate the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Conduct market research to inform product strategy and establish relationships with key market constituents

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or GTM roles, with at least 5 years in high growth SaaS companies
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies and roadmaps
• Experience managing and scaling product management teams and processes
• Strong P&L management experience and ability to translate financial metrics into operational actions
• Experience in loan origination or related fin-tech companies is preferred
