Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Strategy & Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a long-term vision and strategy for all SaaS/data products
• Lead end-to-end product discovery, conducting user research and validating ideas
• Shape and maintain the product system, establishing frameworks for ideation and go-to-market planning

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management with experience in product strategy and systems
• Demonstrated mastery of user research and product-market fit testing
• Experience building and implementing a repeatable product process
• Familiarity with private markets, asset management, or institutional investment workflows
• Proven record of managing and mentoring product managers and designers
