Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director / Director - Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent customer engagements, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Drive execution excellence across cross-functional teams including Product Management, Professional Services, Engineering Operations Services, and Managed Business Services
- Serve as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders and customers, providing updates and managing expectations
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within the high-tech or software industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple customers and engagements in parallel
- Strong expertise in Scrum and/or RUP methodologies
- Hands-on experience with JIRA (mandatory)
- Exceptional planning, execution, and risk management skills
