Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality, Epic Solutions to lead data and analytic functions to improve healthcare quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead reporting and outreach projects related to HEDIS and Star measures
• Ensure accuracy and timely distribution of critical reports
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to support business decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of analytics or data science experience
• 5+ years of management experience
• 5+ years of experience with healthcare data and reporting
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI
• Experience in client-facing roles or consulting
