Director of Real World Evidence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Real World Evidence (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop RWE strategies in collaboration with internal partners to support the value of products
• Lead the design and execution of RWE research projects using administrative claims data/EMR
• Oversee RWE leadership across internal cross-functional teams and support operational processes related to RWE activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• PhD in epidemiology or related discipline with 8+ years of research experience
• At least 3 years of analytic experience with healthcare claims databases/EMR in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Familiarity with the US and global healthcare delivery system
• Experience in designing, collecting, and analyzing RWD/RWE using administrative claims datasets and EMRs
• A track record of peer-reviewed scientific publications demonstrating expertise in RWE
