Key Responsibilities
- Align analytics with business goals through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
- Own the pipeline operating model, measuring performance and diagnosing trends to improve efficiency
- Analyze sales team productivity and metrics to drive coaching and process improvements
Qualifications
- 7+ years in revenue analytics or related fields, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in pipeline optimization and sales performance diagnostics
- Proficiency in Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, SQL, and ETL tools
- Experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake and Google BigQuery
- Demonstrated ability to build KPI frameworks and drive analytics adoption
