Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance productivity
- Oversee the revenue operations tech stack and streamline sales and billing processes for efficiency
- Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team while fostering cross-functional collaboration and alignment
Required Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments
- Hands-on expertise with business systems such as Hubspot, Gong, and Gainsight
- Experience in revenue analytics and managing sales performance tracking
- Proven ability to design and manage sales compensation plans and optimize operational processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
