Key Responsibilities

- Lead monthly reporting processes for go-to-market performance, including board-level metrics and analysis
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields in a high-growth SaaS environment
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in Salesforce and related RevOps technology stack
- Proven ability to build scalable processes and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with understanding of SaaS metrics
