A company is looking for a Director of Sales Development to build and scale their global Sales Development function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale a high-performing Sales Development organization across multiple regions
- Partner with marketing and sales to optimize lead flow, qualification, and conversion
- Recruit, hire, and manage Sales Development leaders and implement performance management programs
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B Sales Development or revenue leadership, with 3+ years managing Sales Development teams
- Proven track record of building and scaling Sales Development teams at high-growth companies
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams
- Deep understanding of full-funnel metrics and pipeline contribution levers
- High proficiency with modern GTM tech stacks
