Director of Salesforce Platform

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Salesforce Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision, priorities, and success criteria for the Salesforce platform
• Manage a team of Salesforce business analysts, engineers, and architects while collaborating with business sponsors
• Establish and own the release plan, windows, and goals while coordinating deployment releases

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of Information Systems experience, or Master's degree and 8 years, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience
• At least 4 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
• Experience in a product, engineering, project management, or services role in a SaaS company
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and product knowledge across multiple clouds
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
