Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Secondary Marketing (Virtual - US).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze mortgage backed security models and execute loan sales while managing risk
• Support direct and indirect reports, ensuring development plans and feedback are effectively communicated
• Manage investor certifications and report loan sale results to executive management

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage capital markets or secondary markets
• Experience in financial modeling
• Strong analytical and negotiating skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database systems
• High school diploma required; BA/BS in Finance/Accounting preferred
