A company is looking for a Director of Site Acquisition - Hyperscale Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Source high-potential land parcels for data center deployment and evaluate their feasibility
• Collaborate with utilities on capacity and interconnection studies while aligning timelines
• Navigate permitting processes and engage consultants for necessary environmental studies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in land acquisition, site development, or infrastructure real estate
• Proven success in sourcing land for energy, data center, or industrial projects
• Strong network within utility and permitting ecosystems
• Deep knowledge of zoning and large-parcel development
• Experience in TX and CA markets strongly preferred
