Director of Site Reliability Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for continuous delivery, cloud deployment strategies, and operational excellence
• Spearhead reliability, scalability, and automation efforts to ensure secure and efficient platform operations
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and QA teams to enhance deployment and release processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles managing cloud/private or hybrid environments
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Chef
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration best practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitOps
• Experience with MySQL/MongoDB administration and designing high-availability systems
