A company is looking for a Director of Solutions Engineering for Mid-Market and Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Solutions Engineers focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise sales
- Partner with Sales to enhance technical discovery, qualification, and demo effectiveness in complex sales cycles
- Build scalable pre-sales processes and establish KPIs to improve technical win rates and implementation success
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS, including 3+ years leading Solutions Engineering teams for Mid-Market or Enterprise
- Proven success in high-complexity, regulated, or security-focused sales motions
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage with CISOs, CTOs, and technical stakeholders
- Experience scaling SE functions in fast-growth environments
- Background in security, compliance, infrastructure, or developer tools is a bonus
