Director of Technical Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Technical Product Management to lead the strategic direction and execution of its digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap across the digital platform
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers while fostering a collaborative product culture
• Drive cross-functional execution of new features and ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years managing product teams
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling digital platforms, ideally in e-commerce or healthtech sectors
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and full product lifecycle management
• Proven experience in customer journey design and outcome-driven product planning
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
