Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Vendor Partnerships to oversee and manage key vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement vendor management processes and strategies to optimize performance and drive cost savings
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors while monitoring their performance and compliance
- Lead a team of vendor management professionals and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor management goals with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of experience managing outsourcing engagements, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record overseeing multi-tower outsourcing agreements in both business process and technology domains
- Demonstrated ability to establish and lead an outsourcing function, including building partnership frameworks
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
