Job Summary

A company is looking for a Disability Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned caseload of moderately complex claims with oversight, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Provide timely and accurate claims reviews and maintain proactive communication with claimants and representatives
• Collaborate with external and internal resources to gather necessary information for thorough claims evaluations

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in LTD/IDI Insurance Claims
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in decision making and critical thinking
• Ability to handle complex situations and demonstrate organizational skills
• Proficient in calculating benefits and addressing escalated customer complaints
