Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Executive, Ancillary Benefits (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train new agents by promoting the company's unique experience and technology solutions
- Develop revenue growth strategies with agents/brokers to increase sales activity and product offerings
- Coordinate sales and retention activities in a team environment to enhance the benefits selling experience
Required Qualifications
- Active Life & Health License is required
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a related ancillary insurance/employee benefits sales role
- In-depth knowledge of group insurance products from experience with an insurance carrier or broker
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange
