Documentation Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Documentation Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams and act as a customer advocate
• Design, create, and edit content according to company standards
• Review materials created by other Documentation Developers and identify opportunities for improvements

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to learn Markdown, XML, HTML, and other programming languages
• Interest in technical writing and the content creation process
• Organized with a structural mindset
• Availability to work 8 hours a day; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus
