Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the use of DocuSign eSignature and Forms across the organization
- Drive digital form transformation initiatives and ensure compliance with security policies
- Collaborate with business units to develop and maintain digital form solutions and templates
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in digital forms management, workflow automation, or business analysis
- Deep expertise with DocuSign and proficiency in eSignature and web-form development
- Strong understanding of form design principles, including UX and data validation
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience in regulated industries such as insurance or financial services preferred
