Job Summary
A company is looking for a TAP BRM / Project Manager (Principal) to oversee a high-impact initiative supporting the Department of Justice's Tribal Access Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and management of the TAP BRM team supporting Tribal Nations
- Manage program operations including deliverables tracking and stakeholder engagement
- Serve as the primary liaison with DOJ leadership and funding partners to communicate status updates and align on strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing federal programs, including service delivery and team supervision
- 5+ years of experience in criminal justice or law enforcement environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of DOJ CJIS systems and tribal engagement protocols
- Experience with account management and end-user support in a technical environment
- Strong project management skills including milestone tracking and risk management
