Job Summary

A company is looking for a Domain Portfolio Advisor to manage various aspects of domain services and client projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of client domain portfolios and act as a single point of contact for project lifecycles
  • Develop high-level and detailed project plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams
  • Ensure positive customer experience and effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-focused technical support/services role or 4 years in a non-technical role
  • 1 year of experience in contract management, negotiation, and business management practices
  • Experience managing projects with internal and external dependencies
  • International business experience and knowledge of Salesforce platform is a plus
