Job Summary

A company is looking for a Driver Services Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls
• Interpret client guidelines to make informed decisions regarding product inquiries and emergency situations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• One to two years of call center experience is beneficial but not required
• One to two years of customer interaction experience, either over the phone or in person
• Working knowledge of Windows operating system
• Typing speed of 35+ words per minute
