Dynamics 365 Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Implementation Test Lead to support the delivery and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a comprehensive test strategy across the MS Dynamics ecosystem
• Preparing detailed test plans, managing test execution, and mentoring junior testers
• Tracking and reporting testing progress, defect status, and supporting go-live readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience leading software testing efforts in large-scale ERP or financial system implementations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and enterprise testing methodologies
• Experience coordinating UAT and collaborating with stakeholders
• Familiarity with basic SQL and JSON/XML structures for data validation and troubleshooting
