Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve product content submitted by partners
- Resolve product categorization issues and escalated customer support inquiries
- Manage partner invoicing, payment adjustments, and perform ongoing analytics of operational metrics
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in an operations or similar role
- Prior experience in e-commerce or retail preferred
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Ability to self-organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
