Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Childhood Development in Emergencies Children Disability Brief-Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a literature review on disability inclusion in humanitarian action and ECDiE, focusing on young children
• Analyze data on the impact of crises on young children with disabilities and their caregivers
• Develop a thematic brief with recommendations for inclusive ECDiE services for children with disabilities in emergencies

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in disability studies, early childhood development, humanitarian studies, or a related field
• Knowledge of human rights instruments and best practices related to children and disabilities
• Extensive experience in disability inclusion in humanitarian action and ECDiE
• Strong understanding of the needs of young children with disabilities and their caregivers
• Demonstrated expertise in developing thematic briefs and reports
