Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support customers during the onboarding process to instill confidence and ensure success
- Make 70+ outbound calls daily to drive early engagement and assist new customers
- Identify high-risk accounts and escalate issues as necessary while adapting to product developments
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding or support role
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience is a plus
