E-Commerce Operations Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Assistant - e-Commerce Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, tag, and organize product listings using Shopify
• Assist in preparing and updating weekly sales reports and conduct competitive research
• Monitor inventory data, coordinate with vendors, and manage product images

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant in e-commerce or retail (Shopify preferred)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Shopify and experience working remotely with US-based clients is a bonus
