Job Summary
A company is looking for a Spectra Consultant to provide technical support and workflow consultation for their eDiscovery platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the first-tier support client experience for the eDiscovery platform
- Provide training and workflow guidance for eDiscovery phases including document processing and review
- Act as a liaison between clients and various business units to ensure customer needs are met
Required Qualifications and Education
- 3+ years of experience with legal technology platforms and eDiscovery best practices
- Knowledge of the legal discovery process and concepts related to the EDRM
- BS/BA or equivalent degree desired
- Paralegal, ACEDS, or RCA certification desired
- Experience in product development or RCA is a plus
