EHR Integration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Integration Analyst who will focus on building integrations with new customers and establishing long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify integration requirements and design solutions in collaboration with clients and partners
• Develop, maintain, and test integrations, APIs, and workflows connecting healthcare systems to the platform
• Manage customer integration portfolios, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer integrations or customer-facing roles
• Knowledge of HL7v2, SMART on FHIR, and Electronic Health Records
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Ability to manage complex engagements with minimal supervision
• Experience advising customers on product best practices and technical solutions
