A company is looking for an Eligibility Research Rep I to handle eligibility verification requests while maintaining high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify member eligibility through various resources and input verified information into the communications log
- Process research efficiently to meet turnaround times and follow up with practitioners and members
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure security measures are enforced while meeting production and accuracy standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum one year experience with 10-key, typing, and computer skills (8,000-10,000 keystrokes per hour)
- Experience in claims processing or eligibility verification preferred
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
- Experience in customer service, particularly with outbound calls
