Key Responsibilities
- Lead client communication and manage retention strategies for multiple accounts
- Develop innovative campaign concepts and collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality content
- Own retention performance through management of email and SMS flows, campaign calendars, and data-driven optimizations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of comprehensive eCommerce retention marketing experience
- Proven ability to manage 8-10 accounts simultaneously with a creative team
- Prior experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs at an advanced level
- Strong portfolio of full-funnel email and SMS campaigns
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics influencing retention decisions
