Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in email and/or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2C or app-based environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM, CEP, and ESP tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer data and performance metrics
- Proven success in driving growth and retention through lifecycle strategies
- Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and behavior-based triggers
