A company is looking for an Email Strategy Manager to optimize email marketing strategies for Enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an email marketing expert, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to drive results
- Analyze program KPIs and health metrics to advise on improvements for customer email programs
- Act as the primary contact for resolving technical issues affecting customer success
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of account management experience, preferably at an ESP or CDP
- Strong knowledge of the email ecosystem and email deliverability
- Experience with HTML/CSS, APIs, SFTP, and webhooks
- Ability to strengthen relationships with existing customers and mitigate retention risks
- Organized and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment
