Job Summary

A company is looking for an Emotional Support Expert, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and support the emotional needs of members throughout their fertility and family-forming journeys
• Engage in discussions and educate others using clinical experience and skills
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to maintain high standards of care

Required Qualifications

• Active LCSW, PsyD, or LMFT certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing patient care in the fertility and family-forming space
• Experience supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community
• Ability to work independently and implement best practices
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
