Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Experience Associate to support training and human resources efforts within the Employee Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design of internal curricula and eLearning modules
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for instructor-led trainings and onboarding sessions
- Maintain and update training content in the Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee the employee recognition platform
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in HR, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Visual Arts, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of professional work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with eLearning or digital learning preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook calendar management
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and collaborative culture
