Energy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Energy & Sustainability Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure application of global energy and sustainability standards across the US real estate portfolio
• Identify cost-saving strategies and manage utility budgets
• Develop and present energy and sustainability reports while managing resource initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• CEM and LEED accreditation preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Leadership skills to motivate team effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
