A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist to manage the Technology Partner Webinar program and related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads through various outreach methods and maintain an active pipeline of prospects
- Schedule, coordinate, and evaluate all webinar events while collaborating with various departments
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and third-party vendors to ensure satisfaction and service continuity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience in administrative and executive support roles
- 2+ years of related experience in administrative and executive support roles
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a presentation specialist in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Experience utilizing the On24 platform and familiarity with Google Suite and Salesforce preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and within a team environment
