Engineer III

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer III responsible for engineering and design of DWDM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and report project progress for assigned tasks
• Create job packages and maintain inside plant site documentation
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget

Required Qualifications

• Engineering degree (EE or ME preferred) or equivalent experience in fiber optic system engineering
• Basic understanding of telecommunications and engineering practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and custom planning tools
• Project management experience and technical writing skills
• 0-2 years of related experience or 4+ years of equivalent engineering/technical experience
