Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to blend engineering management with hands-on technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design innovative technical specifications and solutions for complex product challenges
• Lead and coach a small cross-stack team, fostering a high-performance engineering culture
• Manage hands-on coding, code reviews, and provide technical direction to maintain code quality and security

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time experience in Engineering at a software or financial services technology organization
• Experience with 3+ blockchain-based projects, ideally with some experience leading small teams
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects from concept to deployment
• Experience in people management, focusing on mentoring and fostering a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with tech stack including Solidity, Typescript, and GCP
