Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of critical data infrastructure projects
• Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of engineers through feedback and career development
• Guide architectural decisions and hands-on implementation for data validation and observability efforts

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, ideally with a focus in data
• 3+ years of experience in a team lead, tech lead, or engineering manager role
• Deep understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL pipelines and scalability
• Experience working with relational databases and cloud infrastructure (especially AWS)
